What We Do?

• We guarantee you, the homeowner, higher than market rent to help you find a tenant to place in your rental property.

How it Works?

• To qualify, your property MUST have 2+ bedrooms or a separate space with a bathroom (think in-law suite, finished basement etc...).

• Once we find and place a tenant we sign a two year contract with you guaranteeing you higher than market rent paid on-time every single month.

• The tenant will live on the property and manage the on-site separate space or bedrooms as a short-term rental. 

​

• You will only handle on-site maintenance and repairs as requested by the tenant.

​

• We will collect rent from the tenant and oversee the short-term rental.

​

• The tenant will be highly invested in your property as you are because they will receive further discounts on rent for managing a well-maintained property.

• Most tenants don’t care about your investment. It’s just a place to live. Our tenants are just as invested in your property as you are.

• Tenants are required to maintain your property following strict industry standards.

• All tenants are fully verified by us including credit and background checks and income verification.
